He was predeceased by: his parents, Fern Mabry and Berl. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda; his children, Aayla (Nabil), Josh (Katlin) and Zack; his grandchildren, Levi, Jagger, Walker and Sawyer; and his siblings, Dennis (Andrea), Dana (Cheryl) and Lori (Ross). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
