He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Rose. He is survived by: his siblings, Stephen (Heidi Hambuch), Gregory (May), Toni Nelson (Gary) and Timothy (Michele); and his nephews, Joe Nelson (Hillary), Scott Nelson, Sam (Andrea), Alex (Savannah) and Trevor Ethridge. He is also survived by his family and friends.
