Dakota D'Carlos was predeceased by: grandfathers, Charles Mokres Sr. and Dennis Amundson. Dakota D'Carlos is survived by: parents, Dougles Mokres and Michelle Amundson; sister Breanna (Seth Gervais); nephew Danny; niece Cami; and grandmothers, Gloria Mokres and Nancy Amundson. Dakota D'Carlos is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives & friends.
