With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Ann Ruggles of Forest Lake, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 13, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bennett; her daughter Patricia Tolbert; her grandson Thomas Henninger; and her siblings, Fred Webb, Ronald Webb, Joy Autey and Shelby Webb.
She is survived by: her children, Debra, Kahli "Kathy" Herrera (Augustine), Mary Ellen Mundell and Michael; and her siblings, Gary Webb (Lois), Nancy Jelmberg, Linda Grizzard (Clark) and Vickie Chidester. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren.
