He was predeceased by: his mother Beverly Allen. He is survived by: his father Gary Welker of Arkansas; his sons, Alex Faber of Colorado, Mitchell of Clearwater, Grayson of Foley and Destin of Sauk Rapids; his stepfather Tom Allen of Clearwater; and his siblings, Michael of Clearwater, Ronald (Sarah) of Clearwater and Laurie Gross (Alan) of Clearwater.
