He is survived by: his wife Joan of Foley; his children, Tom, Rita Neyssen (Doug Weber) and Greg (Mary Kiley) of Rice; his grandchildren, Travis Neyssen (Jami), Jodi Rauschendorfer, Molly Neyssen and Megan Hansen (Kyle); and his great grandchildren, Brooke, Blake, Gabby, Dani, Maddie, Lola, Stella and Leo.
