He is survived by: his wife Roxy; his children, Kim Ripplinger, Danielle Baker (Brian), Maple Grove, Cassidy Rothfork (Kris DeMarais) and Taylor Rothfork (Shana); his stepdaughter Sarah Trebesch (Cory); his grandchildren, Kylie Shultz, Shelby Shultz, Hailey Shultz, Hunter Trebesch, Lyndsy Trebesch, Leighton Baker, Jensen Baker, Crew DeMarais, Keaton DeMarais, Burke DeMarais, Rorie Rothfork and Taytum Rothfork; his siblings, Mike Rothfork (Wendy), Dave Rothfork (Joan), Judy Fenna (DeWaine), Theresa Kornovich (Ashley), Mary Jo Woolf (Doug) of Johnston, IA. and Jill Rothfork; and his siblings-in-law, Gary Ruhr (Buffie) of Bigstone, SD., David Woods of Milbank, SD., Johnny Ruhr (Shelby) of Milbank, SD. and Jodi Ruhr (Tim) of Milbank, SD.
