He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Norris and Maxine Norris; his sister Julie Norris; and his daughter Angie Williams. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Kimberly Norris, Michael Sigman and Damon Sigman (Ginger); and his siblings, Donna Helgeton, Brian Norris, Harry Norris (Terri) and Alma Angove (Scott). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
