She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Antonia Sprandel and Henry Sprandel; her husband Raymond "Bud" Laska; her siblings, Bill, Sophie, Irene and Esther; her daughters, Judy Richard and June Will (Dave); and her grandchildren, Kirk Richardson (Shelley), George Richardson, Ray Richardson (Shelly), Mark Richardson, Keith Laska (Jill), Toni Jensen and Stephanie Staphe (John). She was also cherished by many great grandchildren.
