“To Debbie ,Pat, Mike and the rest of Toby's family, I am so very, very sorry for your loss. I can't imagine the heartache you are all going through. My last memory of Toby is when he was a EMT in Hastings and he would help out at the annual booya, and he would come to my table often to sell tickets for the wheel spin and told me "you'll win now I sold you the winning ticket"! He was right, more often then not I did win! Thanks Toby, now rest in peace. Debbie(Rowan) and Dave Nelson”
