He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Novak and Catherine Novak (Vodrazka); and his wife Anita Novak. He is survived by: his children, Donald Novak, Jerry Novak of Fifty Lakes, Linda Keal (David) of Austin, TX and Laura Filipowicz (Quin) of Downers Grove, IL; and his sister Elaine Guetter of Irwin, IL. He is also survived by two grandchildren and one great grandchild.
