He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Shetka and Blandina Shetka; his brother Ronald Shetka; his stepfather Al Stevenson; and his stepsisters, Donna and Barbara.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy; and his children, Lorie Johnson (Randy), Edward Shetka III (Barb), Kathy Murrer (Ted), Theresa Fox (Rick) and Jennifer Schroeder (Bill). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
