He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Kinney and Nancy Kinney (Wolleat); his sister Elsie; and his brother-in-law Frank Borders. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Jodi O'Connor, Jill Voges (Leslie) and Joel Kinney (April Lodermeier); his grandchildren, Dannee, Toini, Tori, Andrew, Rachel, Alaina and Cecilia; and his siblings, Raleigh Kinney (Darlene Fox) and Wendy Johnson (Dennis).
