He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin E. Bolstad and Evelyn M. Bolstad (Skiple) of Fertile, MN; his grandparents, Nillie K Bolstad (Julia) and Olai Skiple (Olga); his sister-in-law Judith Cummings; and his nephew Nicholas LaVine.
He is survived by: his son Brandon James Alex Bolstad; his wife Deb; his daughter-in-law Laura; his grandson Luca; and his siblings, Jim Cummings, Sylvia LaVine, Barb Stundahl, Claudia Crockett (David) and Julene Bolstad. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
