He was predeceased by: his parents, Nels Nelson and Ida Nelson (Morvig); his sisters, Norma Boyce (Ned), Irene Roragen (Melford) and Edith Rocker (Melvin); and his sister-in-law Marilyn Bronken (David).
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Wigesland; his sibling Valley; his sons, Ron (Becky) of Olivia, MN and Brian (Danielle) of Fertile, MN; his grandchildren, Ross (Naomi), Reed, Kylie, Ellie and Jacey; and his great grandchildren, Rivers and Selah. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral: A private family only service will take place on Friday, November 27, 2020 at Concordia Lutheran Church, Fertile, MN, following all of the Minnesota and CDC COVID-19 social distancing guidelines.
