He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerhard Gredvig and Clara Gredvig (Morvig); his daughter Gloria Mitchell; his son-in-law Roger Osmondson; his siblings, Alida Sannes (Cyrus), Hilma Rongen (Arthur), Olava Christian (Olaf), Ida Erickson (Arnold), Mildred Kilpatrick (Philip), Arnold Gredvig (Esther), George Gredvig (Clara), Mable Sather (Ralph), Henry Gredvig (Mernie) and Walter Gredvig; and his sister-in-law Gelaine Gredvig.

He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Gredvig of Fertile, MN; his children, Carol Osmondson of Fertile, MN, Nancy Grunhovd (Danny) of Gary, MN and Ronald Gredvig (Vian); his son-in-law Ronald Mitchell of Denver, CO; his grandchildren, Alan Grunhovd (Brenda), Brian Grunhovd (April), Bradley Grunhovd (Kaydi), Kari Patnode (Derek), Keith Mitchell (Leah), Nicholas Mitchell (Kimberly), Andrea Gredvig and Jacob Gredvig; his great grandchildren, Ava, Sofie, Bennett, Kendall, Milo, Rogan, Ezra and Malcolm; his brother Arthur Gredvig of Fertile, MN; and his siblings-in-law, Marge Gredvig of San Diego, CA and Richard Mitchell of Wickenburg, AZ. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
