He was predeceased by: his parents, Hans Thompson and Mary Thompson (Rarick); his sisters, Vera Mae Brunner, Junice Mulvaney and Jeanette LaBarre; and his grandson Jeremy Thompson.
He is survived by: his wife Camilla of Fertile, MN; his children, Angela Wright (Bruce), Keith (Julie) and Nadine Hopwood (Walter); his grandchildren, Jason Wright, Joshua Wright, Stephanie, Hailey, Collin, Elizabeth Dokken (Chris), Justin Thompson (Susan), Andrew (Laura), Mary Munch, Miriam DeBoer, Nathan, Aubrie, Gretta and Abraham Thompson; his great grandchildren, Kayla, Stella, Robert, Luke Thompson, Noah Thompson (Kaitlin), Gideon Thompson, Esther Thompson, Sean Hopwood and Guy Hopwood; and his brother Maze Thompson (Arlys). He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
Due to family sensitivities in lieu of flowers consider a memorial, and refrain from wearing perfumes or cologne.
