She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sr. Grega and Annie Grega (Chervonak); her husband Walter Lutnes of Erskine, MN.; her siblings, John, Andrew, Mary Torgerson and Anna Grega; and her son-in-law Jeff Hole.
She is survived by: her daughter Jane Hole (Brent Slager); her granddaughter Larissa (Jason Awender); and her great grandchildren, Breylan and Wesson Walter of Winger, MN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
