She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin Olson; and her sister Sylvia Moen. She is survived by: her siblings, Elaine Krogstad of Crookston, William Harstad (Dorothy) of Fertile and Allen Harstad (Carol) of Eagan; and her children, Mary Maynard (Nick) of Fargo, Kristi Olson-Sitki (Ray) of Springfield, IL, Lori Morrell (Steve) of Knoxville, TN, Rachel Lei (Richard) of Bainbridge Island, WA and Andrew Olson of Fargo. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Faaberg Lutheran Church (4391 340th Ave, Fertile, MN 56540). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
