He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Knudson and Olivia Knudson (Engen); his daughter Jennie; and his siblings, Clarence, Owen, Marlene and Alan.
He is survived by: his wife Opal Lund; and his children, Jeff (Angela) of Grand Forks, Jay of Grand Forks, Jon (Laurie) of Grand Forks, Jana of Grand Forks and Jim (Kim) of Grand Forks. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
