He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Shol and Vollie Shol (Swanson); his son Timothy Wayne Shol; his wife Wendy Marie Schnobrich; his parents-in-law, Eldor Schnobrich and Sedonia Schnobrich; and his siblings-in-law, Arlen "Andy" Anderson, Tom Engfer, George Schnobrich, David Babb and Mary Riebel.
He is survived by: his sons, Ryan of Fargo, ND, Craig of Underwood, MN and Derek of Underwood, MN; his sisters, JoAnn of Erhard, MN, Eileen Anderson (Keith) of Alexandria, MN and Judy Neumann (Eric) of Cedar, MN; and his granddaughters, Kelsie and Emma Shol.
