Violet Emery Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Violet Emery of Fergus Falls, Minnesota, who passed away on June 24, 2023 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Peasley and Nettie Peasley (Helgeson); her husband Preceding; her son Bill; her siblings, Clarence Peasley, Charlie Peasley (Eileen), Murrel Peasley, Betty Bolstad (John) and Adeline Mostue (Harvey); and her son-in-law Allen Svare.

She is survived by: her children, Judy Svare of Fergus Falls, Steve Emery (Deb) of Fergus Falls, Rick Emery of Erhard and Archie Emery (Tamie) of Fergus Falls; her grandchildren, Marty Svare (Maria), Dawn Schleske (Barry), Tammy Smith (Gene), John Emery (Erika), Karla Blume (Darin), Kelli Anderson, Sarah Gladue (Travis), Jody Borchers (Bob), Michelle Emery, Jenny Smith, April Emery and Andrew Emery; and her brothers, Carrol Peasley of Erhard and Darrel Peasley (Linda) of Oregon. She is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
