He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Baker and Mary Ann Baker (Granlund); his parents-in-law, Betty Johnson Dunbar and Darwin Dunbar; his siblings, Vicki Baker Stahl and Dean Baker; and his brother-in-law Cecil Stahl.
He is survived by: his mother-in-law Anita Dunbar; his wife Anita of Fergus Falls; his son Jeremy Neuleib; his daughter-in-law Katie Olson; his grandchildren, Giddeon Neuleib, Ruby Neuleib and Waylon Neuleib; his sisters, Debbie Tucker (Timothy) and Rosemary Calkins (Calvin); and his brothers-in-law, David Dunbar and Allen Dunbar. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The American Cancer Relay for Life event in Fergus Falls was an annual event he looked forward to.
