He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ferdinand and Winifred Schade (Fundum); his wife Hope Joan Wild; and his siblings, Elmer, Fritz, Bud, John, Esther, Emma, Elizann, Opal and Bertha.
He is survived by: his daughters, Barb Miller (Ralph) of Mazeppa, MN and Julie Ellingson (Mike) of Fargo, ND; his sister Josephine Volk of Omaha, NE; his grandchildren, Jaci (Trent), Becky, Nikki and Debbie (Sasha); and his great grandchild Dean. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
