He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Jaeger and Ruby Jaeger (Umlauf); his brother Bill; his sister-in-law Pat; and his daughter-in-law Rachel Jaeger.
He is survived by: his wife Avanelle "Abby" Breckey of Tioga, ND; his sons, Brad Jaeger (Julie) of Fergus Falls, Paul Jaeger (LuAnn) of Fergus Falls and Scott Jaeger of Fergus Falls; his grandchildren, Nate Jaeger (Chelsea), Amanda Duenow, Cody Jaeger, Brandon Jaeger, Nancy Jaeger, Hana Jaeger, Kate Jaeger, Dustin Young, Brady Young, Alec Johnson, Leila Allen and Tucker Ugstad; and his great grandchildren, Maddie, Ella, Chloe Duenow, Easton and Harper Jaeger.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Zion Lutheran Church or Knute Nelson Hospice.
