He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Christeva Balken (Taylor); his brother Wesley Balken; his cousin Gene; his wife Polly Balken; his children, Matthew Balken (Brenda), Heather Butler (Dan), Payton Kelly (Alex), Mason Thimjon, Drew Balken and Isaac Butler; his great grandchild Kase Troy Kelly; his siblings, Judy Nowak (Bob), Tracy Buchholz (Brian), Lora Balken and Elaine Balken; and also, Nathan Butler, Trina Smaaladen, Cody Wise and Carly Thorson. He was also cherished by numerous friends, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
