Lois Benner Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lois Benner (Fergus Falls, Minnesota), who passed away on June 30, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Oscar Stene and Gertrude Stene (Anderson); her great-grandparents, John and Maren Stene; her daughter Kathleen Hatling (John) of Fergus Falls; her former husband Stan Benner; her siblings, Charles Sherwin, John Douglas, Kathryn Haukos (William) and Mary Josephine; her siblings-in-law, JoEllen Stene, Joyce Stene and Bill Nelsen; her son-in-law John Allen Hatling; her grandson Joseph John Hatling; her daughter Mary Benner (Joel Waldfogel) of Minneapolis; her grandchildren, Anne Hintz (Philip), Elizabeth Danielson (Matthew), Jacob Hatling, Maren Hatling, Hannah Waldfogel and Sarah Waldfogel; her great grandchildren, Shepherd and Audra; her sister Barbara Stene; and her sister-in-law Donna Stene (Duffy) of Roseville. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
