He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Soronen and Elsie Soronen (Drechsel); his brother Wayne; and his brother-in-law Donald Lyngstad. He is survived by: his daughter Roberta Petron of Fergus Falls; his grandchildren, Samantha Petron of Fergus Falls and Tayler Petron of Fergus Falls; and his siblings, Carl (Barb) of Dent, Connie Swenson (Arlan) of Pelican Rapids, Carol Lyngstad of Fergus Falls and Susan Jensen (Gary Albertson) of Fergus Falls. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
