He was predeceased by: his father David Wahl; his grandparents, Morris and Kay Haugen; his uncles, Donald and Brian Anderson; his stepfather John Gutzmer; and his father-in-law Norman Walz.
He is survived by: his partner Trish Walz of Campbell; his children, Jayde Foss of Fergus Falls and Zach Anderson of Campbell; his mother Dale (Carl Schorr); his siblings, Jesse Anderson (Vanessa), Shana Gutzmer (Nathan), Jared (Grace Gutzmer), Jon Gutzmer of Brooks, Lisa (Steve Hagen) and Jobie Gutzmer of Brooks; his mother-in-law Peggy Walz; and his uncle Jeff. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and extended friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stavanger Lutheran Church (27113 Stavanger Church Rd, Fergus Falls, MN 56537). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the VFW (702 W Alcott Ave, Fergus Falls, MN 56537).
