Though Jacob Wayne has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

He was predeceased by: his grandmother Carol Covert; and his uncle Ryan Helms. He is survived by: his parents, Buffie Arntson (Joey) and Erik Helms (Jennifer); his siblings, Krista Nolan (Wayne), Carolena Helms, Anthony Helms and Jaxson Helms; and his nephew Maverick Nolan.

This tradition carried even in his death, with his heart being donated.
