She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Nelson and Florence Nelson (Watlov); her brothers, Morris and Russell; her husband Sanford Odden; and her son Paul.
She is survived by: her children, Penny Nelson of Humboldt, IA, Sandy Kurtz of Fairmount, ND and Richard (Rebecca) of Fergus Falls; her daughter-in-law Mary Odden (Paul) of Apple Valley; her sister Peggy Fosse of Maple Grove, MN; her siblings-in-law, Ardis Hansen of Fergus Falls, Geraldine Bullene of Fargo, ND and Stan Ruud of Kent, WA; her grandchildren, Brent, Eric Nelson, Catherine Odden, Abby Drouillard (Jason), Laura Quaintance (Todd), Benjamin Odden (David Olivero), Jennifer FitzPatrick (James) and Rhianna Kurtz; her great grandchildren, Paige Minges (Derek), Delilah Nelson, Layten, Colten, Trenten Drouillard, Sean, Trinity and Carragh FitzPatrick; and her great great grandchildren, Maggie and Keller Minges. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials are preferred to Bethlehem Lutheran Church Radio Broadcast, Otter Tail County Historical Society, or LB Broen Home.
