He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Toso and Myrtle Hilde Toso; his siblings, CharMayne Toft, JoAnn Loewen, Diane Grefsrud and Donald Toso; his siblings-in-law, Duane Loewen, Keith Grefsrud, William Affield and Darlene Toso; and his nephew Todd Kjellerup.
He is survived by: his former spouse Beverly Hovland; his family, Sherri, Todd, Kyle and Kevin; his wife Karen Olson Kjellerup; his children, Mark Toso (Sara Sundberg), Kim VanSwol, Beth Toso (Eric Freeburg), Sherri Heser (Gordon), Kyle Kjellerup (Karen) and Kevin Kjellerup (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Jesse, Tyler, Cory K., Cory B., Derek, Parker, Brooks, Brittany, Ethan, Casey, Estefan, Ash, Beatrix, Larson, Fritz, Cate and Finley; his brother-in-law Marlin Toft; and his pet Bridget. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Lutheran Church (402 S Court St, Fergus Falls, MN 56537). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials are preferred to the Lake Region Healthcare Foundation - Cancer Center Fund, Hospice of the Red River Valley, First Lutheran Church, and the Humane Society of Otter Tail County.
