He is survived by: his children, Nancy Freitag (Jeff), Greg Burau (Lori), Mark Burau (Julie), Sandy Holo (Dale), Lisa Sawatsky (Loren) and Scott Burau; his grandchildren, Stacy Griggs (Jesse), Shawn Freitag, Chelsea Emerson (Robb), Markus Burau (Brandy), Amy Hawkins (Alex), Dane Holo (Cassie), Emma Schreiber (Derek), Isaiah Sawatsky (Lauren), Ruanna Francisco (Marty), Josiah Sawatsky and Elijah Sawatsky; and his brothers, David Burau (Julie) and Duane Burau (Sylvia). He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren.
