Gary Gukiesen Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Gukiesen of Fergus Falls, Minnesota, who passed away on May 19, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Gukiesen and Esther Gukiesen; his sisters, Sharon Sutton and Becky Vergara; and his brother-in-law Harry Opp.
He is survived by: his sisters, Debbie Zimmerman (John) of Asheville, NC and Carol Opp of Underwood; his niece Karri Colberg (Tim); his great-nephew Aidan of Houlton, WI; his niece Jodeen Kramer; his great-nephew Jakob of Underwood; and his brother-in-law Jerome Sutton.
Gary will be remembered as being a kind person, and for the little jokes he could always tell to the people who cared for him during his disabling Parkinson's disease.
