He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Bernard Mavis and Roseanna Marie Mavis (Schleske); his wife Mary Jane; his siblings, Loretta (Othal Stiyer), Doris (George Foster), Evelyn (Melvin Marweg), Lloyd, Willis, Michael and Wesley (Carol); and his siblings-in-law, Phyllis (Gaylord Strissel) and Robert (Darlene Beach).
He is survived by: his children, Bradley, Robert and Janelle; and his sisters-in-law, Olga and Isabelle.
In Lieu of flowers, contributions in Duane's memory can be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church.
