He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Raun and Inez Raun; his brother Vernon (Orpha Klukken); and his son-in-law John Gerstmann. He is survived by: his son David; his wife Orpha; his former wife Sue Ellen Lee of Nashville; his sister Ruth Shiell (Wendell); his children, Carolee Gerstmann and Jonathan Raun (ZamZam); his grandchildren, David Raun, Alyson Meyers (Mike), Christianne Mohrmann (Brent), Tyson Gerstmann, Trevor Gerstmann (Amber) and Esther Raun; and his great grandchildren, Nathan Mohrmann, Aleythia, Aodhan, Jocelyn and Theodore Gerstmann.
She also died from Alzheimer's, complicated by covid factors, on April 21, 2021.
