It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Ann Nygaard (Fergus Falls, Minnesota), born in Thief River Falls, Minnesota, who passed away on January 23, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cora Grendahl and Andrew Grendahl; her husband Conley; her brother James Grendahl; and also, Ted and Anna Nygaard.

She is survived by: her children, Grant (Leah Ann), Connie (Mike), Lance (Janet) and Kurt (Kym). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and one new great-great-grandchild.

Memorials are preferred to the Minnesota Veteran's Home in Fergus Falls.
