He is survived by: his wife Annette Hoffman (Westman); his children, Debra Erickson (Dennis), Robert Hoffman (Barbara) and Pamela Mjelde (Myron); his grandchildren, Melanie Beckman (Mark), Hallie and Bodhi; his children, Megan Zimmer (Tristan), Elliana, Charles, Timothy Erickson, Anna, Lars, Nicole Tadros (Michael), Skyla, Vienna, Naomi Canton (Ty), Dylan, Hunter, Brandon Mjelde, Samantha and Kyle Hoffman; and his siblings, Delores Walsh, Ardys Stein, Mary Lou Johnson, Richard Hoffman and John Hoffman.
