He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughters, Amanda Koutney (John), Alisha Rylander (Stephen), Doneen Deleon, Julie Boese (Kevin), Sarah Sturtz (Eric Wolle) and Kristin Hoffman; his siblings, Sylvia, Marce, Loren (Judy) and Duane; his sisters-in-law, Nancy and Lynnette (Gordy); his mother-in-law Evelyn; his grandchildren, Ivy (John), Stori, Blayre, Via, Olivia, Harrison, Sam, Eliza, Tatum, Abbey, Conner, Taylor, Aubee, Everleigh, Chris, Caleb and Callan; and his great grandchildren, Harper and Eisley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
