He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Shaddrick and Margie Shaddrick; and his daughter Angela Dahlen. He is survived by: his sons, Joe Starr (Lori) and Robert Starr (Sheri); and his siblings, Carol, Shirley, Greg and Dean. He is also survived by grandkids 10 great grandkids, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
