It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Dale Smith of Federal Dam, Minnesota, born in Walker, Minnesota, who passed away on August 10, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Erra Smith and Hortense Smith of Boy River; his sister Henrianne Furst; his daughter Cheryl Chalich; his son-in-law Joesph Chalich; and his nephew-in-law Terry Greenside.
He is survived by: his wife Roberta Campbell (Bobbie); his children, Luella Hare (Bob), Mary Helling (Eric), Barbie Hodder (John), Teresa Johnson (Scott), Kim Smith-Dickson and John Smith (Terri); his niece Peggy Greenside; and his sisters, Margaret Paluzzi and Louise Palm. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
