He was predeceased by: his mother Rose Holm (Jorgenson); his grandparents, Caroline Jorgenson, Clarence "Kelly" Jorgenson, Carl and Agnes Holm; his great-uncle Harold Zieman; his aunt Kathleen Triebenbach; and his uncle Clifford Jorgenson.
He is survived by: his father Joel Holm (Clara Schmitz) of Farwell; his sister Jenny Holm of West Fargo; his uncle Ronald; and his aunt Dorothy Holm of Farwell.
