He was predeceased by: his parents, Sophia Dowd and Lewis Dowd. He is survived by: his wife Shelby McIntyre; his children, Candi Knopp (Sam), Cheri Thomforde (Dave), Craig Dowd (Janel), Christi McClain and Carrie Northway (John); his grandchildren, Carly, Dane, Kayla, Megan, Ethan, Addison, Zachary, Hannah, Haley, Will, Vanessa, Adam and Cameron; and his sisters, Darlene Brown, Gwen Godinez and Janet Hegna (Jack). He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar Bodelson-Mahn Chapel (602 Plum St, Red Wing, MN 55066). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
