We are sad to announce that on March 16, 2020, at the age of 64, Richard James Cullen (Farmington, Minnesota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cullen and Florence Cullen; and his nephew Michael. He is survived by: his children, Emily and Matthew; the mother of his children Barb (Martha); and also, Rose, Edward (Mary), Patricia, Robert (Elizabeth), Catherine (Osamu) and Cynthia (Waseem).
