He is survived by: his children, Peter Kotok, Paul Kotok, Johnny Kotok (Betty), Mike Kotok (Sophie), Walt Kendall (Sandy), Nick Kendall (Barb), Mary DeNezza (Dan), Nellie Beal, Helen Stang (Don) and Anne Playfair; his wife Retta Kotok; his son Lawrence Kotok (Susan) of Eden Prairie, MN.; his grandchildren, Jack Kotok, Samantha Lackmann, Amanda Lackmann, Simon Kotok, Bennett Kotok and Joseph Lackmann; and his stepgranddaughter Christine Bruneau (David).
