It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Jordan of Farmington, Minnesota, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on July 28, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John C Conley and Alice Conley (Horan); her husband James R Jordan (Jim); and her siblings, Judith and James.
She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Seivert (Charles); her grandchildren, Kayla and James; her sister Janet Mackay (Donald); and her cousin Mary Jane Downes (William). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
