He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis and Amy; and his brother John. He is survived by: his wife Kelly; his children, Brenna Deegan (Daniel Marko) and Jimmy Deegan (Tabetha); and his siblings, Jean Ann McIntyre (George), Joe Deegan and Jodi Deegan (Sonja Kerr).

In lieu of flowers, memorials will be donated to the MN Kidney Foundation.
