She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Bear and Eula Catherine Bear (Brockway); and her siblings, Beverly, Shirley, Don, Karen and Betty Jo.
She is survived by: her spouse Dale McKern; her children, Tarl "Flint" Sabre (Naiim), Mike Schriever (Tammy Jo) and Carolyn Peters (Tim); her grandchildren, Joseph Schriever (Elizabeth), Courtney Munson (Joe), Logan Sabre, Aliya Sabre, Nicole Jablonske (Brian), Christa Reuter (Tom), Zachary Henneman, Trisha Phelps (Cole) and Lexy Peters; her great grandchildren, Ben, Lily Jablonske, Jackson, Declan Henneman, Maddy Phelps, Grace, Jordan, Jason, Adam, William, Jessica Schriever, Leyla, Luke Munson and Blake Jean Reuter; and her brother Ted Bear. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
