It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Doris Bernice Iwerks (Farmington, Minnesota), born in Appleton, Minnesota, who passed away on May 23, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Henry; her parents, George Schirm and Sarah Schirm; and her siblings, Alfred Schirm (Blanche), Nora Schirm, Vera Perseke (Rueben), Leona Gronholz (Wilbert) and Lawrence "Spud" Schirm (Florence).
She is survived by: her daughters, Kris Kelley (Harry) and Jackie Gerths (Steve); her grandchildren, Katie Kelley (Guillermo Soto Diaz), Maggie Hinchley (Josh), Molly Gerths and Patrick Kelley; her great grandchild Peyton Doris Hinchley; and her brother-in-law Donald Iwerks of Aberdeen. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and other relatives.
In Lieu of flowers memorials will be donated to Trinity Lutheran Church.
