He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Kristine, Mark and Amy; his siblings, Richard, Marilyn (Stan) and Donna (Norm); his grandchildren, Meagan, Emily, Megan (Joe), Nicholas, Brady, Theodore and Mark; and his great grandchildren, Jameson and Maverick.
In Lieu of flowers memorials will be donated to the Farmington Fire Department, and Faith United Methodist Church, Farmington.
